Building House Rules

Only verified current residents of a building may read or post in that building's forum. Each account is linked to a single verified address.

Treat other residents with respect. Personal attacks, harassment, and discriminatory language of any kind are not permitted and will result in post removal.

Do not name or identify individual employees of property management companies or other service providers. Refer to roles or titles instead (e.g. "the building manager", "the maintenance team").

Posts must be based on your own direct experience. Do not make accusations you cannot personally verify. Stick to factual observations and clearly frame anything subjective as your personal opinion.

Do not share other residents' personal information, including names, flat numbers, contact details, or photos taken without consent. Everyone has the right to privacy in their home.

Topics and replies should relate to the building, its common areas, services, or the immediate neighbourhood. Off-topic content may be moved or removed.

Living Here may remove posts that violate these guidelines without prior notice. Repeated or serious violations may result in suspension of forum access or account termination. Moderation decisions are final.
