By creating an account or using Living Here, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
These terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and any other persons who access or use the service.
To use Living Here you must be a verified resident of Switzerland, at least 18 years old, and hold only one account per person. Accounts are personal and non-transferable.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
Reviews must be based on your own direct personal experience of the property or building. By submitting a review you warrant that all statements are accurate to the best of your knowledge.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Living Here and its operators from any third-party claims, damages, or costs arising from content you submit, including claims alleging that your content is false, defamatory, or otherwise unlawful.
Participation in building forums is subject to the House Rules, which are incorporated into these terms by reference. Please read them at livinghere.ch/house-rules before posting.
Posts that violate the House Rules may be removed. Repeated or serious violations may result in suspension of forum access or termination of your account.
Free consumer accounts may not be used for commercial purposes. This includes, but is not limited to, relocation advisory services, real-estate brokerage, tenant screening, market research, and any other activity conducted on behalf of a third party for commercial gain.
Organisations that wish to use Living Here data or services for commercial purposes must use a paid B2B account. Contact us for details.
We may suspend or restrict access to your account if we believe you have violated these terms. For serious violations, including fraudulent activity, sustained harassment, or systematic commercial misuse on a free account, we may permanently terminate your account.
Where possible we will notify you of suspension by email. We are not obliged to retain your data after termination beyond the period required by applicable law.
We take reports of harmful or unlawful content seriously. Our notice-and-takedown process, including how to report content and the response timelines we target, is described in the Content Policy at livinghere.ch/content-policy.
You retain ownership of content you submit. By submitting content you grant Living Here a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to display, reproduce, and distribute that content as part of the normal operation of the platform.
You may not use Living Here's brand, trademarks, or proprietary materials without prior written consent.
Reviews and forum posts reflect the subjective opinions of individual residents. Living Here does not endorse, verify, or warrant the accuracy of any individual claim made by users.
The platform is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
To the fullest extent permitted by Swiss law, Living Here and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform or from content posted by other users.
Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us, if any, in the twelve months preceding the claim.
These terms are governed by Swiss law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at the registered seat of the operator.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the platform after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
